Uniform and Dress Code

  • Pre-School students do not have a prescribed uniform or dress code. They may wear comfortable, simple clothing according to the weather.
  • Classes 1 to O-Level are required to be in the proper uniform prescribed by the school along with plain black leather shoes. White canvas shoes or joggers are to be worn for games.
  • A fine of Rs.100 will be added to the next fee bill for each failure to comply with the prescribed school uniform.
  • There is a separate summer and winter uniform. The deadlines given by the school for conversion of summer to winter attire or vice versa, are announced verbally and written notices are sent to parents/guardians, well ahead of time to allow for delays in tailoring. Any student not adhering to the deadline will be fined on daily basis till he/she comes to school in the prescribed uniform.
  • Belts and ties other than those specified by the school will not be acceptable.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their children are thoroughly groomed, wear clean well-ironed clothes and polished shoes.
  • Girls with long hair must tie their hair up neatly in a ponytail or a braid. Only black, white, red or green hair accessories may be used. No make-up, jewellery or nail polish is allowed.
